Through ‘The Casterbridge Project’ we aim to unlock potential, build confidence, and encourage ambition, whether that’s on the track, the field, or the court.
Our focus is on young people from all walks of life, whether facing barriers or simply needing a boost, who can benefit from the life lessons and personal growth that sport uniquely provides. From building resilience and self-esteem to fostering inclusion and belonging, we believe the power of sport can shape futures.
Examples of current support include funding tennis lessons for disabled children, sponsoring local junior competitions, and backing emerging talent on the racetrack, with a growing focus on supporting girls’ sport as a pathway to confidence and boosting self-esteem.

The fund is built on a simple principle: if we contribute a little, we can do a lot. We have set aside a small amount from our business, roughly calculated per employee, to create a pot we use to support the initiatives we believe in. It’s not a marketing budget. It’s a commitment from the business and our team, backed by our culture.
