Promoting your Physical & Mental Wellbeing with Casterbridge Yoga: New Session time!

As part of our ongoing commitment to promote the Physical & Mental Wellbeing of our Team, Clients, Friends & Family during lockdown and beyond, we are very excited to continue our ‘Casterbridge Yoga’ sessions with a new time – 8.15am Friday mornings.

Why Yoga? The new Casterbridge Yoga sessions are focused on developing core strength, breathing techniques and flexibility – ideal for people WFH and suitable for beginners and the more experience Yoga-goer!

The many benefits of Yoga include:
increased flexibility
increased muscle strength and tone
improved respiration, energy and vitality
weight reduction
cardio and circulatory health
protection from injury

New session time:
The weekly 45min session will now be at 8.15am on Friday via Zoom
With the first session kicking off on Friday 23rd April
(and there’s no obligation to have your camera on!)

These sessions are open to Casterbridge clients, friends and family.
