Emma started her financial services career in London in 2012, building and supporting relationships with independent financial advisors across the UK. She joined Casterbridge in June 2022, having returned to the financial services industry after seven years working in international human rights and development in the third sector. Emma brings a wealth of experience in relationship management and business development.

Emma holds a Master’s degree with Distinction in International Human Rights Law, and an undergraduate degree in Law and Management from the University of Exeter.

In her spare time, Emma enjoys trail running (extremely slowly, but with steadfast enthusiasm), fitness, reading, outdoor adventures and nature. She is a self-proclaimed failed cook, but an outspoken gluten-free cake critic.
