After starting her career in Hospitality and then Hotel Management, Karen worked for 6 years for the Hotel brand Accor at their hotel in Salisbury. Working her way up from Apprentice to Front Office Manager, learning to provide exceptional customer service.
She began working for a Discretionary Management Firm in 2018 where she became passionate about financial services and took the opportunity to work for a new business and gain a promotion that allowed her to develop her skills.
She joined Casterbridge on the 1st of March 2022 and has already become an integral part of the administration team and feels she’s definitely ‘part of the family.’ Her day-to-day role involves working closely with advisers, clients, and the administration/operations team to support client management and everything administrative. Every day differs at Casterbridge Wealth which makes for an interesting work environment.
Karen enjoys exploring mindfulness & awareness, usually from a podcast. She’s ashamed to say she is a terrible cook but unashamed to be a lover of a spreadsheet
