Julian started working at Casterbridge Wealth in January 2019. He is passionate about the provision of quality Investment Management to clients and their Financial Advisers, especially in these difficult times. Julian started his career in 1986 and has over thirty five years experience working together with both Institutional and private clients.

He is understandably very proud of his position as a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI). Having started his career as a Bond-Sales Trader it was inevitable he was to become lead manager of one of the UK’s largest managed portfolio services, designed specifically for advisers and their clients. Julian is a strong believer in the importance of challenging consensus thinking in markets as diverse as Bonds to Commodities and his position at Casterbridge gives him the freedom to embrace independent thinking. 

,Julian is married and the proud father of three independent and strong-minded adult children. He enjoys walking his Cocker Spaniel every day and running every week as well as playing tennis and golf.
