In his latest video update (4:13) Julian shares his new tactical allocation changes, including adding to income funds, maintaining a small underweight to equities and bonds and an overweight to alternatives. Julian also asks the important question that many are asking: is it time to start adding risk to portfolios? To which the answer is: ‘No!’
