Casterbridge Wealth Sustainable Impact Portfolios – 3 years old today!

We are delighted to be celebrating the 3rd Birthday of our Sustainable Impact portfolios.

This is an exciting and interesting area of investment world to be fully involved within. The investment profession has seen a large amount of investor capital flow into what is becoming more mainstream year-on-year. Long gone are the days where investors would have to potentially give up return to invest Ethically! At Casterbridge we use our Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) research to potentially ADD return, by identifying better companies that; avoid killing their customers, don’t pollute our planet and employ strong corporate discipline…

Demonstrating this, our Sustainable Impact Portfolio 5 has delivered some exciting numbers since its birth – From 1st July 2017 to 29th June 2020 the portfolio is up 19.69% vs its benchmark return of 10.17% (source Morningstar)

Jon Smith, manager of the Sustainable Impact Portfolios, commented “I’m delighted that we have been able to meet client’s ESG objectives while delivering strong returns over the last three years. The future remains bright and I’m excited about the ESG investment opportunities that lay ahead.”
